Enterprise agreements are the main source of employment conditions within management. Enterprise agreements are negotiated between workers and management in accordance with the Fair Labour Act 2009. Any agreement must be approved by the majority of workers who vote before approval by the Fair Labour Commission. Business agreements should be read in conjunction with industry prices, legislation and relevant standards. The collective agreement for the hiring of basic staff in high schools and surface schools is being negotiated. Below is a list of current models of individual employment contracts for all school employees who are not members of a union or whose work is not covered by a collective agreement. All full-time or part-time workers who are fixed or fixed-term (but not incidentally) and whose work is not covered by the coverage clause of a collective agreement must sign the following individual employment contract: agreements between unions and employers are negotiated more regularly (usually every two or three years) and registered by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC). After registration, the provisions of the agreement apply to all workers in the workplace who are employed under the industrial agreement.

The ACT Public Sector Administrative and Related Classifications Enterprise Agreement 2018-2021 came into force on April 3, 2019 and expires in nominal terms on October 31, 2021. This agreement applies to all administrators, senior managers and school assistants. Prices qualify minimum conditions of employment and serve as a safety net. Agreements are collective agreements that set conditions of employment and additional rights for certain workers and their employers. Teachers, principals and all other non-unionized school staff must sign an individual employment contract. For most types of school employment, advertised individual employment contracts are available. You can download the corresponding IEA from the list below. The ACTPS Education Directorate (Teaching Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022 was approved by the Fair Work Commission on August 15, 2019 and replaces the Directorate of the Actps for Education and Training (Teachers) Enterprise Agreement 2014-2018.
